He serves as the President of Estate Rights, LLC based in Florida, where he directs the day-to-day activities of the company. Jacob has oversight of the accounting, finance, operations, and business development at the Company. Jacob received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics and marketing from Clemson University.

Sharifa (“Sher”) K. Jarrett is an experienced probate attorney with over 10 years of legal practice focused on probate administration and litigation. She manages the company’s probate operations and provides legal guidance on estate matters. Prior to joining the organization, Sher led the Probate practice group at RISSMAN, representing personal representatives, beneficiaries, trustees, and creditors. Sher earned her degree from Florida State University and is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
